Description

Former wolf den near Sylobelle that became site of earth elemental corruption. Contained broken earth shrine with Orcish "EARTH" inscription and ritualistic bone arrangement in wolf shape. After Elik'r Stormswallow repaired shrine (Session 31), cavern became lair of Earthbound Dire Wolf before collapsing. Site of mysterious earth magic rituals with unknown origins.

Appearances

Session 31 - 18 October 2025 - Seraphine informed party about cavern as former wolf den. Party investigated before confronting Earthbound Dire Wolf. Found human, elf, and animal bones stripped bare and arranged in wolf shape on floor. Discovered broken shrine with "EARTH" written in glowing red Orcish runes - shrine appeared to be bleeding. Elik'r Stormswallow cast Mending on shrine to repair it. Upon repair, wolf's howl echoed through cavern. Party exited and confronted Earthbound Dire Wolf in battle outside. After defeating wolf, cavern collapsed and became inaccessible. ToooAh brewed magical teas before entering (various effects including whisper/yell switch, portal to Joneyentee the Unknown, seeing ToooAh naked).
